With that in mind, Ram Truck Brand is proud to announce the Customer Experience Elite Dealer Award. This is a new award that recognizes dealers who consistently perform at the highest levels of customer experience.
In order to win the Customer Experience Elite Dealer Award, a dealer must attain the following performance levels in the areas of 90 percent or greater sales advocacy, 90 percent or greater in service advocacy and 100 percent or greater in minimum sales responsibility.
Benchmark dealerships will receive a crystal award that can be displayed anywhere in the dealership to remind customers and employees of the dealerships commitment to the customer experience.
In the awards inaugural year, Village Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram registered sales and service advocacy scores above 90 percent and has displayed an outstanding commitment to the customer experience.
