Revival meetings held in Orrville

The Encounter Revival Ministry team will be in Orrville for a series of revival meetings. The meetings will kick-off on Sunday, Sept. 26 and conclude on Friday, Oct. 1. The headquarters for the Encounter Ministry team is Harrisburg, Pa. The team is comprised of 25 college-age young people and travels extensively for weeklong meetings in churches and schools. Ardy Parlin has been involved in revival ministry for more than 30 years, and he will be preaching throughout the week from the Bible on topics relating to revival and spiritual renewal. The Encounter team uses a variety of ministry methods including drama, music, testimonies and Bible teaching. A program has been planned for all ages, so adults, teens, children and infants are encouraged to attend. Orrville Grace Brethren Church is hosting this special week of meetings.
