The Tuscarawas Valley Civil War Round Table will meet Thursday, May 9 at 6:30 p.m. in the community room at the Dover Public Library. The featured presenter will be Todd Arrington, who will present a program titled The Grand Army of the Republic.

This program will educate listeners about the GAR’s history and influence on many facets of post-Civil War society. Arrington is the site manager of the James A. Garfield National Historic Site in Mentor, Ohio.

The Dover Public Library is located at 525 N. Walnut St. in Dover. Call 330-343-6123. This program is free.
