Buckeye Career Center’s chapter of the National Technical Honor Society has 30 first-year members and three returning inductees.

                        

Buckeye Career Center’s chapter of the National Technical Honor Society has 30 first-year members and three returning inductees. The induction was held May 7.

First-year inductees include New Philadelphia students Alexandria Baker (cosmetology), Andrew Martin (computer technology), Ranson Quillin (precision machining) and Abryana Bragg (cosmetology); home-schooled students Laney Barger (natural resources) and Kolby Tullis (ag and diesel); Carrollton students Brian Barnhart (welding) and Hannah Romeo (graphic arts); Claymont students Makayla Contrael (cosmetology), Bryden Doane (electrical systems technology), David Johnson (computer technology), Gabrielle Kellar (intro to nursing), Olivia Swigert (graphic arts) and Ethan Myers (construction technology);

Sandy Valley student Matthew Gentry (electrical systems technology); Tusky Valley student Jenna Hykes (intro to nursing); Conotton Valley student Samantha Magallanez (culinary arts); Dover students Peyton Olson (cosmetology), Emily Bower (graphic arts), Julia Weaver (teaching professions) and Dawson DeVecka (computer technology); Indian Valley student Shaylen Lorenz (intro to nursing); Newcomerstown students Grace Roberts (hospitality), Addison Guy (intro to nursing), Crimzen Christmas (graphic arts), Brandy Durbin (intro to nursing) and Seth Gamble (construction technology); Glenoak student Shelby Spencer (construction technology); and Garaway students James Young (utility lineworker) and Marissa Blauch (law enforcement).

Second-year members include Indian Valley student Roger Naylor (natural resources) and Claymont students Connor Harlan (exercise science) and Paige Hicks (exercise science).
