Students chosen as winners of recycling poster design contest

New Philadelphia High School students were chosen as the winners of the Stark-Tuscarawas-Wayne Joint Recycling Centers poster designing contest. Students designed and created their own posters for the contest. Stephanie Petranek is the high school visual arts teacher.
