What constitutes a Harvest Fest Parade entry? Anything from giant floats, tractors pulling trailers, business trucks and marching bands right down to a family of dogs whose owners were inspired to join. Applications are now available for all to sign up for the event this fall.

                        

The Holmes County Chamber of Commerce announced the annual Harvest Fest Parade will take place in Berlin on Main Street on Sept. 9, and applications to enter the parade with floats, bands, civic groups, businesses, organizations and more are now available.

The Harvest Fest Parade will step off at 6 p.m. on state Route 62 in front of Berlin Mennonite Church. The parade will continue west on state Route 39 and end at the Berlin Elementary School. Parade sign-in will be located on Crilow Road. All entries must register for the event.

Marching bands, fire departments, local businesses, residents and children are invited to participate.

To register, complete the registration form and return it to Taylor at the Holmes County Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau via email, fax, mail or drop in. Taylor can be called at 330-674-3975 or emailed at taylor@holmescountychamber.com.

There is no charge to participate. Entries are not numbered. Lineup is on a first come, first served basis. All entries are due by Sept. 1. Registration is required to participate.
