Dover resident Bob Hall will talk about his lifetime passion of baseball in Tuscarawas County at the Dover Public Library on Monday, April 24 at 6:30 p.m.

Hall will talk on a variety of topics dating back to 1867 including the largest crowd ever to attend a game in the county, the All Afro-American team in Tuscarawas County and the Pan-American Athletic Club. Hall will show a few pieces from his collection of memorabilia.

“There are few people in Tuscarawas County,” said Sherrel Rieger, programming specialist at the Dover Public Library, “who know as much about the history of baseball in our area as Bob Hall. We are so lucky to have him speak at the library.”

This program will be held in the community room at the DPL, 525 N. Walnut St., Dover. Register online at www.doverlibrary.org/events or call the library at 330-343-6123.
