New this year, complimentary blood pressure screening and health and wellness information will be available.

                        

The Dover-New Philadelphia Kiwanis Community Health Profile 2024 blood-draw event will be held Saturday, Aug. 24 at the Tuscarawas County YMCA, 600 Monroe St., Dover. Appointment times are available from 6-10 a.m. Lab services will be provided by Aultman Lab Services.

Registration is now open to schedule appointments at forms.aultman.com/view.php?id=220428. Registration is required. No walk-ins will be accepted.

You will receive a separate confirmation email of your successful online registration. Save your registration time for the event. A separate form must be submitted for each person who is registering for the event.

If you cannot complete your registration online, call 330-364-5511 ext. 310 weekdays to make your reservation. Leave a message for a callback.

The Community Health Profile includes the following:

—Complete blood count.

—CMP: Glucose, sodium, potassium, chloride, BUN, creatinine, calcium, protein, albumin, globulin, total bilirubin, ALP and AST.

—Lipid: Cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL and LDL.

—Thyroid-stimulating hormone.

Male patients will include prostate cancer screening.

The cost of the Community Health Profile is $50 for women and $60 for men.

New this year, complimentary blood pressure screening and health and wellness information will be available.

Payment is by cash or check only on the day of the event. Checks should be made payable to Dover-New Philadelphia Kiwanis.

Photo ID will be required to be shown at check-in. Lab results will be reviewed by a licensed physician. All results will be kept confidential and mailed directly to the patient.

Proceeds from the event are used by the Dover-New Philadelphia Kiwanis Club for its community service activities.
