Friends of the LPL book sale is May 24
Stock up on books and reading material at the Friends of the Loudonville Public Library book sale on Saturday, May 24 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. outside the library on the west side near the park, weather permitting.
Visitors will find fiction and nonfiction books at the sale including a selection of large-print books, books on CD and children’s books. Most books are available on a donation basis, with media and some specialty items marked with a suggested donation. Anyone also can visit the Friends’ Bookstore across from the circulation desk during regular library hours to purchase books for a donation given to the staff member at the checkout desk.
Anyone can become a member of the Friends group for $5 per year. Friends of the Loudonville Public Library membership forms are available in the bookstore and can be completed and dropped off at the circulation desk.
All proceeds go to support Loudonville Public Library services and programs.
