Funeral set for New Phila native Emmet Schwartz
A public service honoring the life of Pvt. Emmet Schwartz will be held Sunday, Nov. 21 at 1 p.m. in the courtyard of the Tuscarawas County Courthouse.
Schwartz’s casket will be escorted by the United States Army Funeral Honors Team and will be placed in the courthouse rotunda from 2-4 p.m. During that time, the public will be given an opportunity to pay respects to Schwartz and his surviving family members.
