The Tuscarawas County Public Library System will host Cleveland Plain Dealer and Cleveland.com sports writer Terry Pluto on Tuesday, Feb. 7 at 6:30 p.m. at the Tuscarawas Main Library.

Pluto will discuss his latest book, “Vintage Browns.” This book recalls favorite players and exciting moments from Cleveland Browns teams of the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s and beyond.

“Northeastern Ohio is big on sports,” adult and teen services manager Robyn Guedel said. “Terry’s program offers a warm look back at the Kardiac Kids, Bernie, Ozzie and Marty and more.”

Pluto is the author of over 30 books and has been named Ohio Sportswriter of the Year 11 times. He broadcasts weekly sports commentaries with Amanda Rabinowitz on WKSU and other Northeast Ohio NPR stations.

Books by Pluto will be available for sale, and a signing will take place at the conclusion of the program.

To register for these free programs, visit the library’s online registration calendar at www.tusclibrary.org or call 330-364-4474.

The Tuscarawas Main Library is located at 121 Fair Ave. NW in New Philadelphia.
