President Mary Savoie called the meeting to order with 12 members present. Sympathy cards were sent to Thelma Murphy and Mickey Gasser.
A thank-you card from the Tuscarawas County Dog Warden was received in memory of Janet Brown.
Robert Gribble made a motion, and it was seconded by Nancy Stevenson to give $100 to Community Hospice.
A motion was made by Bonnie Blacka and seconded by Bonnie McMillan to give a love gift of $50 to Donna Himes, the out-going department president.
There will be a bake sale on June 19 at 9 a.m.
Erma Mizer installed the new officers for 2021-22, and the door prize was won by Nancy Stevenson.
The next meeting will be June 15 at 6:15 p.m.
