Take a self-guided hike along the Woodland Trail and bridge by the light of many luminaries and candles.
Celebrate the Winter Solstice and the beginning of more sunlight Dec. 21 at Atwood Lake Park. Take a self-guided hike along the Woodland Trail and bridge by the light of many luminaries and candles. Then head to the Welcome Center for hot chocolate and s’mores. Warm up by a campfire and make a festive craft. The luminaries will be lit and refreshments will be available between 6 and 8 p.m.
