Berlin Embroidery celebrates new location with open house
A small, dedicated staff will quickly be on a first name basis with customers who frequent the shop for all their custom embroidery and screen printing needs.

Berlin Embroidery is open at their new location at 5053 W. Main St. at Berlin and new owners Tyler and Tabitha Shoemaker, along with their team members, Tanya Everhart, Chuck Emick and Tasha Shrock, invite everyone to their Nov. 16 Open House.
“Our new location allows us more space, greater visibility and the chance to serve our customers better,” said Shoemaker, who recently bought the shop that has been serving the needs of businesses and individuals in the community since 2005.
A Millersburg native, Shoemaker and wife, Tabitha, who teaches kindergarten, appreciate the sense of community that is so apparent in Holmes County.
Berlin Embroidery offers what you might expect from a larger company. In-house capabilities include custom embroidery, screen printing with as many as six colors and vinyl heat press on clothing like woven knits, polo styles and T-shirts, as well as athletic wear, work wear and hats.
Size is never a problem, with options that range from infant to toddlers, kids, juniors and young men’s and adult sizes that include big and tall for the larger customer.
Personalizing accessories like robes and towels, restaurant aprons, scarves and gloves, shopping bags and laptop sleeves is easy. “If our customers can imagine it we can do it,” said manager Tanya Everhart. “We have so many products to choose from and in the names people recognize like Nike, Adidas, Eddie Bauer, Champion and Sport-Tek.”
Customers will be pleased to see the availability of Made in the USA items for customization. Environmentally friendly alternatives like organic cotton and bamboo are also available.
