Book Buzz reads great Christmas gift ideas
The Orrville Public Library has programming for all ages.
If looking for book suggestions for those on your Christmas list, join Orrville Public Library staff on Facebook for Book Buzz. The next book-recommendation discussion will be Tuesday, Nov. 7 at 8 p.m. No registration is necessary.
Book Club
“The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek” by Kim Michele Richardson is Orrville Public Library’s November Book Club selection. It’s hard to imagine a world without books being readily available. In this historical fiction work, packhorse librarian Cussy Mary seeks to bring the joy of books and reading to rural Appalachia.
Books are available near the library’s information desk. Choose to come to the 10 a.m. or 6:30 p.m. meeting on Thursday, Nov. 9. No registration is needed.
Teen 3-D printing
Teens can stop by Orrville Public Library on Thursday, Nov. 16 to talk about print designs, how 3-D printers work and to try making a few small items at this free program. Meet at 5 p.m. in the library’s lower-level meeting room.
No registration is needed. For more information call the library at 330-683-1065.
