Roundhouse receives donation
The Sugarcreek #800003 waiting to be moved to the Age of Steam Roundhouse Museum.
The ex-Missouri Pacific Business Car #11, now named Sugarcreek #800003, has begun a new chapter after serving Jerry Joe Jacobson and his family for over 20 years as they traveled the rail routes of Amtrak.
The Jacobson family has donated the Sugarcreek to the Age of Steam Roundhouse Museum, where it will join the collection of rail equipment Jacobson has assembled for future generations to enjoy.
Sugarcreek has departed from Pittsburgh Penn Station and is currently being transported by Norfolk Southern Corporation. It is set to interchange with the Ohio Central Railroad on its way to its final destination in Sugarcreek.
