Vaccination clinic to be held in Smithville

The Wayne County Health Department is reminding parents that Ohio requires children to be properly immunized for entrance into kindergarten, seventh grade and 12th grade. A school vaccination clinic will be held on Thursday, May 10 from 5-7:30 p.m. at the Wayne County Schools Career Center, Administration Building, 518 W. Prospect St., Smithville.
A shot record must accompany each child, and children under 18 years of age must be brought by a parent, legal custodian or person authorized to bring the child for vaccines.
