Artist offers cartooning class

Anyone age 12 and older is invited to register for the Massillon Museum’s Drawing Cartoon Characters with Feeling class, which will be led by artist Douglas Laubacher on Sunday, Sept. 10 from 2:30-4:30 p.m.

Laubacher is a cartoonist and art educator from Northeast Ohio. His comic strip “Unbound” can be read in the Tuscarawas County Bargain Hunter, the Stark County Bargain Hunter, the Southern Tuscarawas Bargain Hunter and The Free Press Standard.
A member of the National Cartoonist Society, he teaches cartooning in art centers and libraries throughout the region.
