The Dominic Greco Band will begin rehearsal for its 101st season on April 26 and will kick off its performance schedule with a May 27 concert at 6:30 p.m. at the Canal Dover festival in downtown Dover, followed by a Memorial Day concert at the Tuscora Park Band Shell at 7 p.m.

As has been the case in the past, the Greco Band has over 70 musicians: a wide variety of community members, active and retired music professionals, college music majors, and students.

The 2018 season will be the first in many years where the conductor is not Fred Delphia, who began to lead the group in 1983 and retired at the end of the 2017 season. The conducting for 2018 will be shared by Brian Botdorf, April Linard and Cheryl Graham, all of whom have been with the band, playing under Delphia for many years, and all of whom have had conducting careers. The conductors have scheduled programs featuring show tunes, patriotic marches and classics.
