The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of petty theft on CR 70 in Clark Twp. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of threats on TR 451 in Washington Twp. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of trespassing on TR 219 in Knox Twp. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of suspicious persons on SR 514 in Ripley Twp. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of suspicious persons on US 62 in Paint Twp. Accidents: The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a two vehicle injury accident on SR 241 in Salt Creek Twp. The Ohio State Highway Patrol handled this report. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a two vehicle non-injury accident on CR 316 in Ripley Twp. The Ohio State Highway Patrol handled this report. Arrests: Shirley Jean Starnes, age 55, of Killbuck was arrested for obstructing justice. She was released on her own recognizance. Kenneth Lee Atherton, age 32, of Killbuck was arrested for community sanctions violation. He is incarcerated in the Holmes County Jail and is being held on a $25,000 bond. Derek John Krownapple, age 22, of Warsaw was arrested for drug possession and drug paraphernalia. He was released on a $2,500 cash or surety bond. Pete Andrew Witner, age 26, of Mt. Vernon was arrested for driving under the influence. He is incarcerated in the Holmes County Jail. Brooke Catherine Cordray, age 19, of CastoIia, Ohio was arrested for theft. She is incarcerated in the Holmes County Jail and is being held on a $2,500 bond.
