Barkman, age 18, of Fresno was arrested for underage consumption. He was released on a $2,500 cash or surety bond. Milan D. Raber, age 19, of Baltic was arrested for underage consumption. He was released on his own recognizance. Vernon E. Miller. age 19, of Baltic was arrested for underage consumption, He was released on his own recognizance. Caleb Kevin Strohl, age 25, of Coshocton was arrested for failure to appear. He is incarcerated in the Holmes County Jail and is being held on an $11,500 bond. Blaine C. Markey, age 32, of Killbuck was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was released on his own recognizance.
