The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a disturbance on Main St. in Holmesville. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office conducted a welfare check on Mullet Dr. in Killbuck. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office assisted another agency on SR 241 in Salt Creek Twp. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a suspicious person on CR 101 in Washington Twp. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received report of phone harassment on CR 19 in Mechanic Twp. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a robbery on Oak St. in Berlin. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a lockout on SR 39 in Monroe Twp. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of reckless operation on SR 39 in Hardy Twp. Accidents: The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a one vehicle injury accident on SR 83 in Mechanic Twp. Arrests: Eric Lee Miller, age 29, of Millersburg was arrested for protection order violation. He was released on a $5,000 cash or surety bond. Travis William Rhodes, age 32, of Shreve was arrested for assault. He was released on a $1,500 cash or surety bond. Joshua Lee Jones, age 29, of Millersburg was arrested for falsification. He was released on his own recognizance. Sarah Dawn Miller, age 21, of Millersburg was arrested for falsification. She was released on her own recognizance. Joshua M. Clark, age 32, of Millersburg was arrested for robbery. He is incarcerated in the Holmes County Jail. Steven David Fisher, age 26, of Beach City, Ohio was arrested for failure to appear. He is incarcerated in the Holmes County Jail and is being held on a $1,000 bond. Tessa Joann Brown, age 20, of Brinkhaven was arrested for failure to appear. She is incarcerated in the Holmes County Jail and is being held on a probation hold.
