The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office completed a civil stand by on County Road 35 in Killbuck Township. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received an animal call on County Road 6 in Killbuck Township. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a drunk driver on state Route 83 in Prairie Township. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a missing person on Township Road 457 in Washington Township. Accidents: The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a two vehicle non-injury accident on County Road 203 in Hardy Township. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a two vehicle non-injury accident on state Route 83 in Mechanic Township. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a two vehicle non-injury accident on state Route 83 in Prairie Township. The Holmes County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a two vehicle injury accident on state Route 93 in Clark Township. Arrests: Juan Demond Scruggs, 39, of Columbus, Ind. was arrested by the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office for driving under the influence. He was released from custody on a $2500 cash or surety bond. Mary Elizabeth Aune, 28, of Big Brairie, was arrested by the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office for 3 county of Trafficking in Drugs and child endangering. She is incarcerated in the Holmes County Jail on a $20000 cash or surety bond. Charles Wayne Wilson, 30, of Mansfield, was arrested by the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office for theft. He is confined in the Holmes County Jail on a $1500 cash or surety bond. Steven Allen Denman, 34, of New Philadelphia, was arrested by the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office for driving under the influence. He is incarcerated in the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office. Sarah Faye Lynch, 18, of Glenmont, was arrested by the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear. She was released on an own recognizance bond.
