Alarm activation reported at a S. Washington business; all was secure. Subject laying in the roadway reported on S. Clay. Juveniles throwing snowballs at windows reported at a Lakeview Dr. residence. Subject reported threatening suicide on Logsdon Ave. Wayne County Sheriff’s Office assisted in locating an individual with several active warrants out of Wayne County; Michael J. Witner, 34, of 856 E. Jackson, Millersburg, was arrested and transported to the county line for relay. Hit-skip accident reported at a S. Washington residence; motorist declined a report. Report taken of a two vehicle non-injury accident at a S. Washington business.
