Barking dog reported at an E. Liberty St. residence. Motorist assisted with a vehicle lockout on W. Adams St. Juvenile problem reported on E. Jackson. Alarm activation reported at a S. Clay residence; all was secure. Suspicious person reported at a Glen Dr. business. Traffic stop conducted on a vehicle on S. Washington; two individuals were found to have warrants from Holmes County; subjects were arrested. Report taken of a two vehicle injury accident on E. Jackson.
