Intoxicated person given a ride to their Lakeview Dr. residence. Hospital staff assisted with a patient who was attempting to leave the hospital. Theft reported at a S. Washington residence. Property lost at a S. Washington business recovered; owner was contacted and it was returned. Theft reported at a W. Jackson business. Traffic stop conducted on a motorist on W. Jackson; driver was found to be intoxicated; Donna Kay Hoover, 50, of Millersburg, was arrested for OVI. Reports taken of two vehicle non-injury accidents on E. Jackson and at S. Clay and E. Adams St.
