Subject at the hospital reported having mental health problems and causing a disturbance. Motorist assisted with a vehicle lockout on S. Washington. John Paul Scordino, 47, of 6944 Whitman Ave., Ontario, Canada, was arrested for trespassing on S. Washington. Domestic violence reported on S. Washington. Disturbance reported on N. Crawford St. Motorist assisted with a vehicle lockout at a S. Washington business.

Monroe St. Report taken of theft of $250 and a bicycle at an E. Jackson residence. Jennifer R. Williard, 18, of 207 S. Taylor St., Holmesville, was arrested for drug paraphernalia, possessing stolen property, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
