Reports taken of one vehicle non-injury accidents on CR 51, Ripley Township, and on CR 407, Mechanic Township. Samuel D. Hershberger, 22, of Strasburg, was arrested for violation of bond. He remains incarcerated. Arthur F. Wright, 60, of West Salem, was arrested for failure to appear. He remains incarcerated. Christina R. Johnson, 24, of Millersburg, was arrested for a community sanctions violation. She remains incarcerated.
