Jeremy Dean Richards, 29, of Millersburg, was arrested by Millersburg PD for driving under the influence. He was released on his own recognizance. Damien Wayne Larimore, 27, of Coshocton, was arrested for failure to appear. He remains incarcerated on a $1,000 cash or surety bond.
