Obstructed roadway reported at US 62 and CR 35, Killbuck Township; public service notified, obstruction was removed. Report taken of domestic violence on TR 175, Clark Township. Obstructed roadway reported on TR 305, Hardy Township; public service notified, obstruction was removed. Report taken of domestic violence on SR 60, Killbuck Township. Advice and information given on report of an argument on TR 319, Hardy Township. OSP handled report of a one vehicle non-injury accident on CR 207, Berlin Township. Report taken of a one vehicle vs. buggy injury accident on TR 367, Berlin Township. Benjamin Mac Willis, 28, of Wilmington, was arrested for menacing and telephone harassment. He remains incarcerated on a $2,500 cash or surety bond. Randall P. Parson, 33, of Beatty, Ore., was arrested for failure to appear. He was released on 10 percent of a $2,500 cash bond. Anthony Francis Long, 46, of Wooster, was arrested for failure to appear. He remains incarcerated on a $1,500 cash or surety bond. District #1 and Holmesville fire personnel responded to a woods fire on TR 334, Hardy Township; situation was quickly contained. District #1, East Holmes, and Killbuck fire personnel responded to a brush fire on TR 339, Hardy Township; situation was quickly contained.
