Advice and information given on report of passing bad checks on SR 241, Salt Creek Township. Reports taken of breaking and entering on CR 373, Ripley Township, domestic violence on SR 60, Killbuck Township, and theft on TR 473, Washington Township, and on N. Millersburg St., Holmesville. Report taken of a two vehicle non-injury accident on SR 39, Berlin Township. Tommy Logan Wolf, 40, of Akron, was arrested for theft. He was released on a $1,500 cash or surety bond. William Dean Patterson, 22, of Wooster, was arrested for criminal trespassing. He was released on his own recognizance.
