Steven Allen Nelson, 49, of Akron, was arrested for telephone harassment. He was released on a $1,500 cash or surety bond.
Allan Ray Snell, 25, of Millersburg, was arrested by Millersburg PD for aggravated menacing. He remains incarcerated.
