Civil stand by completed on TR 175, Clark Township. Advice and information given on report of an argument on SR 754, Ripley Township. Animal removed from the roadway at SR 520 and US 62, Killbuck Township. Stephen John Yeagley, 58, of Big Prairie, was arrested for failure to appear. He was released on his own recognizance. Crystal Jo Dilly, 26, of Killbuck, was arrested for disorderly conduct. She was released on her own recognizance. Darci Michelle Umstead, 22, of Millersburg, was arrested by Millersburg PD for domestic violence. She remains incarcerated. Cory Allen Umstead, 22, of Millersburg, was arrested by Millersburg PD for domestic violence. He remains incarcerated.
