Obstructed roadway on SR 754, Monroe Township, cleared. Report taken of theft on SR 83, Prairie Township. Advice given on reports of harassing phone calls on N. Main St., Killbuck, and an animal call on TR 606, Paint Township. OSP handled reports of a two vehicle non-injury accident on SR 241, Salt Creek Township, and on Dalbey Lane, Berlin. Report taken of a one vehicle non-injury accident on TR 312, Hardy Township. Lori Elizabeth Smetzer, 43, of Wooster, was arrested for failure to appear. She was released on bond. Oscar Malave Nieves, 30, of Cleveland, was arrested for failure to appear. He remains incarcerated. Brandon James Milner, 21, of Perrysville, was arrested for breaking and entering. He remains incarcerated. District #1 fire personnel responded to a fire alarm activation on SR 83, Hardy Township; situation was contained.
