Officers unable to locate suspicious person reported on CR 70, Clark Township. Report taken of a disturbance on US 62, Richland Township. Report taken of a two vehicle non-injury accident on SR 39, Monroe Township. Vicky L. Giffin, 39, of Killbuck, was arrested for criminal trespassing. She was released on bond. East Holmes, Holmes Fire District #1, Winesburg, and Sugarcreek fire personnel responded to a structure fire on Rhine Rd., Berlin Township; situation was contained.
