Report taken of a one vehicle vs. deer non-injury accident on SR 83, Hardy Township. Solomon James Lamneck, 33, of Coshocton, was arrested for driving under the influence and rules for driving in marked lanes. He was released on a $2,500 cash or surety bond. Holmesville fire personnel responded to a tree on fire on TR 605, Salt Creek Township; situation was quickly contained.
