OSP handled report of a one vehicle non-injury accident on CR 77, Salt Creek Township. Report taken of a two vehicle non-injury accident on TR 568, Prairie Township. Shawn E. Mockabee, 20, of Cleveland, was arrested by Millersburg PD for driving without a valid license. He remains incarcerated. Joseph F. Rouse, 37, of Wooster, was arrested for failure to appear. He remains incarcerated. Western Holmes fire personnel responded to a chimney fire on TR 473, Ripley Township; situation was contained.
