Animal removed from the roadway on SR 754, Ripley Township. Reports taken of harassment on CR 192, Salt Creek Township, telephone harassment on SR 241, Salt Creek Township, harassment on N. Main St., Killbuck, and fraud on TR 663, Paint Township. OSP handled reports of a two vehicle non-injury accident at US 62 and CR 77, Berlin Township, and a one vehicle injury on CR 373, Ripley Township. Timothy E. Kline, 30, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for a probation violation. He remains incarcerated on a $25,000 cash or surety bond. Jessica Yvonne Wilson, 25, of Baltic, was arrested for a probation violation. She was released on 10 percent of a $3,000 bond. Maria Solis Mendoza, 24, of Dover, was arrested for identity fraud. She remains incarcerated.
