Officers unable to locate animal reported in the roadway on TR 334, Hardy Township, or a suspicious vehicle reported on TR 301, Monroe Township. Advice and information given on report of harassment on TR 213, Knox Township. Reports taken of a two vehicle non-injury accident at CR 77 and US 62, Berlin Township, and a one vehicle vs. deer non-injury on SR 515, Walnut Creek Township. OSP handled report of a one vehicle non-injury accident at CR 4 and TR 566, Prairie Township. David Allen Starkey, 37, of Elyria, was arrested for failure to appear. He was released on a $1,000 cash or surety bond. Keishia Nicole Moravy, 20, of Millersburg, was arrested by Millersburg PD for domestic violence. She remains incarcerated on a $2,500 cash or surety bond.
