Report taken of domestic violence in Clark Township. Horses reported in the roadway on CR 349, Hardy Township; horses were located and contained. Reports taken of domestic violence on CR 6, Richland Township, and a protection order violation on SR 39, Monroe Township. ATV complaint reported on Water St., Killbuck. Brian F. Stapleton, 41, of Millersburg, was arrested on warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was released to the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office. Philip A. Dlubak, 47, of Big Prairie, was arrested on warrant for failure to appear. He was released on a $1,000 cash or surety bond. Jeffrey A. Miller, 55, of Millersburg, was arrested for a protection order violation. He remains incarcerated. Jeff A. Crider, 48, of Killbuck, was arrested for domestic violence. He remains incarcerated on a felony hold.
