Report taken of theft on CR 316, Ripley Township. Joseph B. Cantera, 21, of Canton, was arrested for failure to appear. He remains incarcerated. William M. Lynch, 19, of Millersburg, was arrested for theft. He remains incarcerated. Ronald T. Junker, 37, of Hampshire, Ill., was arrested for passing bad checks. He remains incarcerated.
