Report taken of an attempted breaking and entering on CR 558, Prairie Township. Another agency assisted on PR 231, Knox Township. Disabled vehicle at SR 39 and CR 292, Hardy Township, assisted. Report taken of obstructing justice on TR 128, Mechanic Township. Advice and information given on report of a suspicious person at E. Front St. and Railroad St., Killbuck. OSP handled report of a one vehicle injury accident at SR 39 and TR 258, Monroe Township. John Quinter Findley, 48, of Big Prairie, was arrested by Millersburg PD for misuse of credit cards. He remains incarcerated on a $5,000 cash or surety bond. David Logan Chaperlo, 29, of Big Prairie, was arrested for a probation violation. He was released on a $5,000 cash or surety bond. Russell Maier Taylor, 29, of Loudonville, was arrested for cruelty to animals. He remains incarcerated on a $2,500 cash or surety bond. Jescena Gail Sigler, 30, of Big Prairie, was arrested for passing bad checks. She remains incarcerated on a $10,000 cash or surety bond. Jeremy Edward Vernotzy, 26, of Big Prairie, was arrested for obstructing justice. He was released on his own recognizance.
