Reports taken of harassment on Main St., Glenmont; juvenile problems on TR 323, Prairie Township; and domestic violence on TR 466, Washington Township. Noise complaint reported on SR 83, Mechanic Township. Reports taken of one vehicle non-injury accidents on CR 58, Mechanic Township, and on CR 77, Salt Creek Township. Tommy J. Rouse, 27, of Wooster, was arrested for failure to appear. He remains incarcerated. Michael S. Vickers, 26, of Glenmont, was arrested for displaying harmful matter to juveniles. He remains incarcerated. Jennifer M. West, 25, of Millersburg, was arrested for theft. She was released on bond.
