OSP handled report of a disabled vehicle on SR 514, Knox Township. Disabled vehicle reported on SR 83, Prairie Township. Report taken of vandalism on CR 391, Monroe Township. Disabled vehicle reported on SR 39, Knox Township. Suspicious vehicle reported on CR 203, Berlin Township. Reports taken of a one vehicle injury accident on US 62, Berlin Township, and a one vehicle non-injury on SR 83, Hardy Township. Richard S. Lyons, 25, of Shreve, was arrested for failure to pay child support. He remains incarcerated. James E. Falb, 36, of Dalton, was arrested by OSP for driving under suspension. He was released on bond. Marcia L. Nussbaum, 58, of Dalton, was arrested for theft. She remains incarcerated. Herman D. Matthews, 43, of Akron, was arrested for theft. He remains incarcerated. Alyssa B. Riggs, 27, of Brunswick, was arrested for passing bad checks. She was released on bond. Holmes Fire District #1, East Holmes, and Prairie Township fire personnel responded to a structure fire on E. Jones St., Millersburg; situation was contained. Western Holmes County Fire District responded to a structure fire on TR 451, Washington Township; situation was contained.
