Reports taken of breaking and entering on CR 168, Berlin Township, and theft on S. Main St., Killbuck Township. Advice and information given on an ATV complaint on TR 1034, Ripley Township, and report of trespassing on CR 75, Richland Township. Reports taken of breaking and entering on TR 327, Hardy Township, and fraud on TR 451, Knox Township. Report taken of a two vehicle non-injury accident on SR 83, Mechanic Township. OSP handled report of a one vehicle injury accident on TR 406, Walnut Creek Township. Scott Michael Burris, 38, of Killbuck, was arrested for criminal mischief. He was released on his own recognizance. Barbara Ann Burris, 53, of Killbuck, was arrested for criminal mischief. She was released on her own recognizance. Cassy Marie Majors, 27, of Sylvania, was arrested for failure to appear. She remains incarcerated on a $2,500 cash or surety bond. Marlene A. Skinner, 34, of Killbuck, was arrested for failure to appear. She was released on a $1,500 cash or surety bond.
