Officers unable to locate suspicious vehicle reported on TR 561, Prairie Township. Reports taken of theft on SR 39, Hardy Township, vandalism on TR 110, Mechanic Township, and theft on S. Water St., Killbuck. Another agency assisted on TR 566, Prairie Township. Report taken of theft of service on SR 39, Monroe Township, criminal mischief on US 62, Mechanic Township, and theft on CR 77, Berlin Township. Animal reported in the roadway; owner was located, animal was secured. OSP handled report of a one vehicle non-injury accident on CR 207, Salt Creek Township. Robert E. Carney, 54, of Wooster, was arrested for failure to appear. He remains incarcerated.
