Advice and information given on report of a disabled vehicle at SR 39 and CR 393, Hardy Township. OSP handled report of a vehicle blocking the roadway on CR 58, Mechanic Township. Report taken of theft on CR 52, Knox Township. Disabled vehicle reported at SR 60 and US 62, Killbuck Township; all was OK. Report taken of telephone harassment on N. Wood St., Holmesville. Report taken of fraud on TR 362, Berlin Township. OSP handled report of a one vehicle vs. deer non-injury accident on US 62, Paint Township. Report taken of a one vehicle vs. deer non-injury accident on SR 514, Ripley Township. OSP handled report of a one vehicle vs. deer non-injury accident on US 62, Killbuck Township. Richard Lee Hoxworth, 32, of Lakeville, was arrested for a community sanctions violation. He remains incarcerated on a $25,000 cash or surety bond. Donnie Gene Ross, 48, of Millersburg, was arrested for restraint of dog and cruelty to animals. He was released on his own recognizance.
