Dover Public Library to feature art of Peggy Sibila

The Dover Public Library invites the public to view the art of artist Peggy Sibila, whose work will be displayed through the month of March in both the Community Room Gallery and the display cases in the foyer and interior of the library.
A mixed media artist, Sibila’s work incorporates ceramics, clay and everyday objects such as alarm clocks to create whimsical works of art.
“I was born an artist,” Sibila said. “I have always had the desire to draw, paint and create things.”
