'Voices from the Past' show is April 7
The Wayne County Historical Society's “Voices from the Past” series will continue April 7 with a performance by Alla Boara.
The Wayne County Historical Society’s 31st season of “Voices from the Past” will continue April 7 at 2 p.m. with a performance by Alla Boara. The concert will be held in the Schoolhouse on the Society grounds at 546 E. Bowman St. in Wooster.
Alla Boara seeks to bring recognition to Italy’s history of regional folk music. It features modern arrangements of folk songs, and the group includes bassist Ian Kinnaman, drummer Anthony Taddeo, vocalist Amanda Powell and guitarist Dan Bruce.
All tickets are $15 and can be purchased at the Historical Society Tuesday through Friday from 1-5 p.m. or at Murr Printing Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. For more information call 330-264-8856.
