This week’s menu:

—Monday, Dec. 18: fish with tarter sauce, scalloped potatoes, red beets and juice.

—Tuesday, Dec. 19: chicken breast, roasted potatoes, carrots and apricots.

—Wednesday, Dec. 20: spaghetti, tossed salad, corn and apple crisp.

—Thursday, Dec. 21: chili, baked potato, cornbread and pineapple.

All meals are served with choice of low-fat, skim and buttermilk or fruit juice.
